The classes are dedicated to everyone who would like to begin their adventure with yoga. During the classes the participants will get to know the methods of the correct and safe performance of positions (asanas), as well as breathing and relaxation yoga techniques. The classes are constructed in such a way that every participant gradually becomes more and more conscious of the proper posture and body work in movement, acquires the ability to activate particular muscle parts, especially the deep muscles, as well as the ability to identify the tension and to find relaxation in an asana.
The meetings begin with preparatory exercises, and they end in relaxation session. Apart from the Beginners, we invite to the classes also the ones who would like to technically ground their yoga practice.
