Restorative yoga with pranayama

Nowadays, we live in a continuous rush, in incessant tension; we are less and less able to slow down and relax. Noticing the need to switch off from the everyday routine, we created a class that is thoroughly devoted to relaxation and loosening of the body. Through the combination of mild practice of asanas with breath exercises that quiet the mind, we prepare ourselves to deep relaxation in candlelight with the sound of Tibetan bowls.
