Participants will get to know the basic yoga positions in many variations, starting from the simplest ones – with modifications for Beginners, up to the more advanced variants. We will focus on safe, defined by elongated breath entering the positions, with the emphasis upon the precision of its performance. During the classes we are using props such as straps, blocks or blankets. The session ends with a deep relaxation with music.
The classes are devoted to people at all stages of advancement – people who have just started practicing yoga are also welcome.
