I have been on the yoga path for ten years now. I don’t like question about my yoga beginnings because I think some positions have been in my life since childhood although without the awareness that they were yoga asanas. My conscious development started over 10 years ago and lasts continuously. I practice Ashtanga, however, during classes I mix typical hatha yoga with Ashtanga elements. Running complements my yoga practice. I’ve completed 13 marathon runs because running is for me a kind of meditation in motion. It enables me to focus on myself, on inner me, listen to my breath and observe my body.
Yoga is for me a state of mind, a way of life. It’s not an element but a whole way of life
